Yeah.. i heard there were over 18 volumes for it *faints* rather long for this kind of genre. O_o; but after i *cough* read the second book thing. I went a little nutty ^^; the "second book thing" is actually 6 volumes all packed in one. The book is pretty big, and each page holds four pages. O_o;;;;;;

I started to read it cause I thought it might be shounen ai.. but I still liked it after I found out that it wasn't exactly what I hoped for *g*

I'm looking for the scanlations at the moment (since my japanese is more than insufficient and my chinese.. erm.. well it's something like "oh, I can't see any katakana or hiragana, it must be chinese then")

looks like there's no way to avoid ICR for getting the scanlations this time..
wish me luck everyone, the mirc file is already waiting on my desktop for me to be brave enough to finally install it... and I've already read something like .. 4 tutorials ^^;;
(I wonder if I really want hanakimi enough to start using irc....)

ooooh irc is looooovely - I love irc with passion. I don't use it to rretrieve files but I am addicted to chatting. I actually find I have more inspiration to write my odd little novels when I am chatting to people (sad sad little me [img]tongue.gif[/img] ).

it is a very good way to get scanlations and episodes of the latest fansubed anime.

it is not half scary as it made up to be. trust me I am as technically minded as a cabage but i even manage to run my own chatroom... thats how simple it is [img]smile.gif[/img]

Utena the movie is really something else entirely. You can't approach it with the mindset of just being entertained or having a good time watching more Utena. You have to approach it like an english major would approach a work of fiction in a philosophical mindset. The first and foremost thing to know is that almost EVERYTHING in the movie is a symbol of some kind. One example being the white sheets that cover Touga at the beggining, they're a symbol of death. Beyond that it explores many of the same issues that the series did (things like what is real, freedom, sexuality, etc.). But it takes it to another level. This is one you have to watch MANY, MANY times to fully understand. I myself have only seen it 3 times and I don't fully understand it. I should watch it again soon.

I don't care much for IRC. Maybe I'm just lazy. <-- that's more than likely it. Even if the anime or manga is my all time favorite, I wouldn't use IRC or Bittorrent.

I like IRC as long as I remember what to do ^^;; but because of it I've discover [ Shi-Ran ] that site and I like it, god I like it. no mor than S-C but I like it ^^- nice PWPs scanlations, online.

i used to be irc-addict... but never learned to download files there. and now can't access any network from another country... [img]eek.gif[/img] so i'm writing imagined irc-logs (basing on some stories..) and somehow they are fun too [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img] have been thinking to start a sidestory to Lovemode ^^but such things easily escape my hands and become something really weird. I don't use irc for downloading anymore. i just don't have enough patience. i just use it for chatting and currently for trying to organize some uk based yaoi fans to gather in one place and be loud and scare the locals [img]tongue.gif[/img]

but yeah - it beats expensive long phonecalls and I can go and make tea any time I want without stoping the conversation [img]smile.gif[/img]

I only used IRC for downloading. I never really got involved in the chat rooms. I'm usually busy doing other stuff (mostly school related [img]graemlins/smarty.gif[/img] ) or reading [img]cool.gif[/img]

irc? i use it for leeching/downloading and chatting, but usually leeching. ^_^ quite useful actually.. got my first Yami there, only it wasn't from s-cNET. ^^;;

i'm probably over-crazy right now, so i'll just shut up and move elsewhere. heehee. ^__^
